Advanced Conditioning

This class occurs every day for every player for the purpose of preparing a player to be an elite athlete, so that he has the strength, flexibility, range of motion, body awareness and body control to perform at his given position.

General Exercise and Body Development – Rotator Cuff Development – Scapular Development – Range of Motion – Balance – Ballistic Explosiveness – Elasticity – Fast Twitch Fiber Development – Hip Flexor Development – Foot Speed – Core Development – Wrist, Hands and Forearm Development – Rotational Quickness and Power – Lower Body Strength – Upper Body Strength Yoga- Speed Training – Isometrics – Baseball Energy System.

Summer Program: 1 – 8 week

Extended Stay Program: 9 – 13 week

Full Time Program: 13 – 52 week

Virtual Academic Program: 13 – week Semester

Spring Break / Winter Holiday Program: 1 week
