Top 10 Core Vision

History has taught us that success has many parents and there is more than one way to create successful baseball players. Before we had todays advanced science and metrics we witnessed generations of great players who did it with hard work and pure grit. Recently we have all seen the Cubans and Dominicans swell MLB with talented players who did not have the benefit of Little League, Travel Ball, high school or college ball but clearly they have a successful recipe. Japanese baseball has given us Ichiro one of the greatest to ever play the game and Ohtani a rising 2 way player which is unheard of.

Our vision is to replicate the successful actions of these programs and blend them in to the various successful approaches we have seen in the USA to create the most unique approach to Player Development ever experienced…… and so far we have had tremendous results.
